About the Business
Jim Allan Motorcycles first opened for business in 1975 with a shop in Bathgate. Initially trade was centered on the off-road market with Franchises for Suzuki, Husqvarna and KTM. The business expanded with a shop in Falkirk opening in 1980 and began to concentrate on the road bike sector. The shop in Falkirk became the main focus for the business and now offers full workshop facilities, has a large parts department and supplies helmets, clothing and accessories for all makes from most of the leading manufacturers. The Jim Allan Motorcycle Training school also operates from the Falkirk store offering a full range of training from C.B.T. through Direct Access and also Advanced rider training to Rospa Gold standard. Jim Allan Motorcycles holds main Franchises for the Aprilia, Motoguzzi and Yamaha brands and we also offer the range of Oset Bikes, electric off road trials bikes for kids.
